Executive Bio & Experience:

Babette Allen, MBA is a highly experienced nonprofit consultant, grant strategist, and program designer with over 25 years of expertise in housing, workforce development, and community services. She has successfully designed and implemented innovative programs that address homelessness, mental health, and workforce training.

 

As a former President & CEO, Babette led large-scale housing and workforce development projects, securing funding for community programs. She has extensive experience in federal grant compliance (HUD, CoC, HOME/SHIP and CDBG), nonprofit strategic planning, and grant management.

 

Babette holds an MBA in Business Administration and has secured and managed grants from federal, state, and private sources. Through Babette Allen Consulting, LLC, she empowers organizations to maximize funding, strengthen capacity, and enhance program effectiveness.
